Hello and Welcome to my Palace
Hi guys. Hello and welcome to my blog. Jewel in Sta. Rosa will be all about food, food and FOOD! lol But before we go into the topic proper, here's a more brief info about my blog:
My inspiration for making this blog is for my dad. First of all, his favorite koreanovela "Jewel in the Palace". When he decided to make a mini-restaurant, he named the business "Jewel in Sta. Rosa" so that's where I get the name for the blog.
My second inspiration for making this blog is our class adviser, Ms. Cristeta Castro. The person responsible / for teaching us on how to cook. To be frank with you, I really don't know how to cook. Our second mother, taught us how and gave us the courage to do our best even though we're all first timers. Thank you Nanay Tet. ^_^
Well, that's all for now, will be making some new posts soon. I'll be a little bit busy because of our final exams in culinary studies but we don't use the term exam, we call it assessment. We will be making 10 different kinds of food from baking cakes to chocolate mousse but I promise you that after all of that, I'll be sharing you the knowledge I've learned.
