I decided to make this my first topic for this blog is because before we do anything in the kitchen, we must first practice the safety rules and regulations of the kitchen. Sanitation is top priority in the laboratory room. This means that everyone in the laboratory, all the food, equipment, and the place itself should always be kept clean. Hi guys. Hello and welcome to my blog. Jewel in Sta. Rosa will be all about food, food and FOOD! lol But before we go into the topic proper, here's a more brief info about my blog: My inspiration for making this blog is for my dad. First of all, his favorite koreanovela "Jewel in the Palace" . When he decided to make a mini-restaurant, he named the business "Jewel in Sta. Rosa" so that's where I get the name for the blog. My second inspiration for making this blog is our class adviser, Ms. Cristeta Castro. The person responsible / for teaching us on how to cook. To be frank with you, I really don't know how to cook.
